The school Board of Sanborn Central School District 55-5 met in special session on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. in the Sanborn Central Conference Room with the following present: Adams, Dean, Enfield, Olson, and Schmit. Others present were Superintendent Siemsen.

Pledge of Allegiance.

Motion by Adams, seconded by Enfield, all aye, to approve the agenda as amended: 119 – accept quote for concrete, 120 – accept quote for storage/crow’s nest, 121 – adjournment.

Visitors to Board Meeting were Jeremy Uecker and Eddie Hoffman.

New Business:  Motion by Schmit, seconded by Dean, to accept quote from Paul Berg Construction for concrete at $5.73 per square foot, for bleacher foundation and storage/crow’s nest facility (no other quotes were submitted).

Motion by Enfield, seconded by Schmit,  to accept quote from Hanson Construction in the amount of $16,187 to build storage/crow’s nest facility (no other quotes were submitted).

Regular Board Meeting will be held on Monday, July 9, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Sanborn Central Conference Room.

Motion by Dean, seconded by Adams, all aye, to adjourn the meeting at 7:22 p.m.
