Lady Blackhawks have a successful week

The SCW Lady Blackhawks traveled to Iroquois on Tuesday, Feb. 5, for a doubleheader with the Chiefs. They came home with another victory for their record as the game ended with a final score of 55-15, Sanborn Central/Woonsocket. The junior varsity girls also won their game with a final score of 41-20.

On Friday, Feb. 8, the Blackhawks hosted the Highmore-Harrold Pirates for a doubleheader in Woonsocket. The Lady Blackhawks had another good night as the game ended with a score of SCW 46, Highmore-Harrold 37.

The JV girls also won their match-up with Highmore-Harrold with a score of 37-18.

The girls had their next game in Huron against James Valley Christian on Monday, Feb. 11; results of those games will be in next week’s issue of the Journal. They will have their last game of the regular season on Thursday, Feb. 14 against Mitchell Christian in Mitchell, then on to Regions next week. Their record is currently at 12-6 for the year, so far.
