Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Sanborn County will be held for the purpose of receiving public testimony regarding a Petition to vacate a plat of the following described real estate:

Rogers Conservation Easement Tract B in Government Lots 1 and 2; Tract C in Government Lots 1 and 2; and in the East ½ of the N.W. ¼; and Tract D in the East ½ of the N.W. ¼; all in Section 31, Township 108 North, Range 60, West of the 5th P.M., Sanborn County, South Dakota; and 

Rogers Conservation Easement Tract A in the East ½ of the N.W. ¼ of Section Thirty (30), Township One Hundred Eight (108) North, Range Sixty (60), West of the 5th P.M., Sanborn County, South Dakota.

Therefore, notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Sanborn County will hold a public hearing to consider the petition to vacate the plat of the above-described real estate; such meeting will be held on the 3rd day of September, 2019, at 10:30 a.m. at the commissioners room at the Sanborn County Courthouse, Woonsocket, South Dakota;

Any persons interested in the proposed action may be present at the hearing, and any person unable to attend the hearing may participate by contacting the Auditor prior to the meeting personally, or by writing, and present their information, opinions and/or arguments relative to the proposed action.
