St. Wilfrid Church recently celebrated the 99th Anniversary of the Dedication of St. Wilfrid’s Church, dedication of a new St. Wilfrid statue, Fr. Jim’s 30 Year Ordination Anniversary, Fr. Paul’s birthday, the installation of Trista White as a new red rope altar server and farewell/best wishes to Fr. Jim. 

Fr. Jim has been reassigned as pastor of St. John the Baptist, Wagner and Assumption, Dante. Fr. Kevin Doyle will be the new pastor for St. Wilfrid in Woonsocket, St. Charles in Artesian and St. Joseph in Wessington Springs.

The congregation celebrated and gave farewell wishes to Fr. Jim with a potluck dinner in the Parish Hall after Mass on Sunday, June 23. Pictured are Fr. Paul, left, and Fr. Jim at the dinner.
