In conjunction with National Pet Week, May 1-7, the Sanborn Central Middle School student council sponsored a pet photo contest. Students in grades PreK-12 were asked to bring a picture of their pet.  The pictures were displayed in the school hallway.  The entire student body voted for their favorites.

Senior Teya Moody and her dog, Annie,  won for the most creative/funniest category.  Fourth grade student Liam Applegarth and his dog, Penny, won for the most adorable category.  Finally, sixth grade student Emma Alger contributed the most unusual picture of her pet snake, Michael.
