In the late-night hours of Tuesday, July 8, a passerby spotted flames coming out of the home of David and Paula Larson of Artesian. The fire departments from Letcher, Artesian and Woonsocket and the Sanborn County Ambulance were all called to the scene, but unfortunately, the Larsons perished in the blaze.
