Ryan and Annalee Swenson, Rapid City, welcomed a baby girl, Clara Lea, to their family Monday morning, Jan. 27, 2014. Clara Lea is 8 lbs. 2 oz, 19 inches long and joins a 2-year-old sister, Emma Rose.
Grandparents are Dale and Wanda Swenson of Woonsocket and Terry and Laura Margheim of Lyman, Neb.
Great-grandparents are Russ and Phyllis Beuhler of Sioux Falls and Lila Tuttle of Gehring, Neb.

Marie Kirsch, 98, of Huron died Sunday, Jan. 26, 2014 at the SunQuest Healthcare Center in Huron.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Holy Trinity Catholic Parish in Huron with burial in St. Wilfrid Catholic Cemetery, Woonsocket.
Visitation with family present will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday. Visit www.welterfuneralhome.com.

Accident Report

Jan. 13 at 4 p.m., Davion Brooks, of Woonsocket, was westbound on 9th St. and Bridgett Harless, also of Woonsocket, was northbound on 6th Ave. in Woonsocket. Brooks slid into Harless at the intersection causing about $7,000 damage to his 2009 Dodge Avenger and $900 to Harless’ 1999 Chevy Pickup. Jan. 22, at 6:30 p.m., Carrie Howard, Woonsocket, hit a deer in her 2011 Dodge Caravan.
