Myah Selland’s double-double of 30 points and 10 rebounds elevated the Lady Blackhawks to a 57-34 win over James Valley Christian Monday night in Woonsocket.
Selland also had four steals, while Abby Doering chipped in nine points, eights rebounds and three assists in the win.
The Hawks shot 19-of-45 from the field for 42 percent and 10-of-15 from the free throw line for 67 percent.
Khiree Held had 12 points for the Lady Vikings, and they shot only 23 percent from the field.
SC/W (15-4) hosts Mitchell Christian in a double-header on Thursday night in Forestburg, which is their last match up of the regular season.

The Lady Blackhawks soundly defeated Highmore-Harrold 52-26 on their own court in girls’ high school basketball action Friday, Feb. 12.
No stats were reported to the newspaper for this game.
The girls’ record went to 14-4 with the win and next they hosted James Valley Christian on Monday in Woonsocket.

The Blackhawks boys’ basketball team picked up a win on the road Friday, Feb. 12 by defeating Highmore-Harrold 58-47 in Highmore.
Brady Tiede recorded 18 points, while Dillon Moore contributed 15 points toward the win.  The Hawks led at every buzzer except the first, when they trailed by one point, 8-9.
The next competition for Sanborn Central (14-3) was taking  on Parkston in the DWU Classic in Mitchell.
