Notice is hereby given that Sanborn County will be auctioning approximately 60 to 70 pieces of tin each 25 to 30 feet long on December 4, 2012, at 11:00 a.m.  on the ground floor of the county courthouse. This will be a cash sale with the amount due at time of purchase. The tin may be inspected at the 4-H grounds in Forestburg at any time. The tin will be sold as a bundle. Property must be removed within two weeks. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  By order of the Board of Sanborn County Commissioners.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sanborn County Board of Commissioners intends to make and adopt a supplemental budget for Ditch 21 in the amount of $75,000 for the purpose of cleaning the ditch and that the monies shall come from reserve funds to be collected from the landowners.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the supplemental budget will be considered and adopted by the Board on December 4, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., in the Commissioners Room in the Sanborn County Courthouse, Woonsocket, South Dakota.
