SC/W FFA finished spring invitational CDEs strong with trips to Little I in Brookings, Groton CDEs, and Lennox CDEs.
Many teams, including Agronomy, Meats, and Ag Business Management continued to rank in the top four at their respective events.
As April comes to a close, the FFA chapter will travel to Brookings this weekend to take part in the 89th SD FFA State Convention.  While there, 41 members will compete for the chance to go to Nationals, Ty Ziebart will interview for Star in Agricultural placement, and Garrett Dean, Colton Hotchkiss, Aaron Linke, Kyla Morgan, Trevor Olson, Shaun Snedeker and Ty Ziebart will receive their State Degrees. Furthermore, Aaron Linke will be representing SC/W as he interviews for the opportunity to serve as a 2017-2018 SD FFA State Officer.
