Dave was a simple man who was everyone’s friend. He could always make you laugh. He was a great father and loved his three daughters with all of his heart. He would do anything for anyone and would literally give you the shirt off his back. Everyone who knew Dave knew Dave was Dave, but he had a heart of gold.
Dave is survived by his three daughters, Angel Holbrook of Artesian, Alisha McKibben of Sioux Falls, and Anna McKibben of Madison; four grandchildren; his siblings, Paula McKibben of North Pole, Alaska, Patty Reynolds of Seneca, Mo., June McKibben of Joplin, Mo., Alice McKibben of Mitchell, and Dolly Dickens of Parson, Kans.; and his ex-wife, Cynthia McKibben of Madison.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Roy McKibben.
