First National Bank supports local FFA chapters in South Dakota

YANKTON – First National Bank is investing in the future of agriculture by donating to nine local FFA chapters in South Dakota, announced Jeff Jones, South Dakota market president.

The bank is donating a total of $1,500 to the following FFA chapters:  Sanborn Central/Woonsocket, Yankton, Mitchell, Wessington Springs, Huron, Hitchcock-Tulare, Bon Homme, Wolsey-Wessington and Scotland.

First National Bank’s contribution is part of its broader efforts to celebrate National Agriculture Week and will help provide positive educational experiences for the students enrolled in agricultural education in South Dakota.

“As one of the largest Agribusiness lenders in the nation, First National Bank and our affiliates are proud to support the agriculture industry and join in FFA’s mission of developing premier leadership, personal growth and career success for the next generation of farmers,” said Jones.

First National Bank is also donating to the Nebraska FFA Foundation, Colorado FFA Foundation and local FFA chapters in Illinois.
