The regular meeting of the Woonsocket City Council was called to order by mayor, Richard Reider at 7:00 p.m., Monday, January 7, 2019, with the following members present: Darin Kilcoin, Garret Foos, Joel Rassel and Brandon Goergen. Derek Foos and Arin Boschee were absent.
Motion by Rassel, seconded by G. Foos, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Motion by G. Foos, seconded by Kilcoin, to approve the December 3, 2018, minutes. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS
Council discussed the lift station baskets. Richard Jensen is working with Dakota Pump to try and get them built.
Council discussed the crusher.

Council discussed parking on 7th Ave.
Council discussed the Christmas party.
Council discussed playground equipment at the camping area by the baseball/softball field. They approved Weber to order a set with the price range of $12,000-$15,000.
Council discussed the Mason Building and the next step in the City recovering some of the money spent on tearing this building down.
NEW BUSINESS
Mayor Reider reported the city crew did a good job with snow removal.
Council discussed dogs.
Council discussed printing a Did you Know column in the newspaper. Every week we would run a reminder of what the ordinances are.
Council discussed the siren.
Council discussed a picnic shelter at the baseball/softball field that a boy scout would like to install as part of his eagle scout program.
Council discussed the work list.
With no further business to be discussed, motion by Goergen, seconded by G. Foos, to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
