The SCW track teams competed at the Region 4B track meet on May 20th in Chester. Ten region teams competed for the title under a new format. Colman-Egan were crowned girls’ champs, and Hanson took home the boys’ title.
Historically, the region meet took the top two competitors from each event and qualified them for the State Meet. Beginning this season, the top 24 times are taken throughout the season, so regions is now considered the “Last Chance” meet to cement positioning in the top 24.
The Blackhawks have qualified four individual entries and three relays for State:
Girls High Jump – Aubrey Senska;
Girls 400M Open – Elizabeth Boschee and Kamryn Ochsner;
Girls 800M Open – Elizabeth Boschee;
