Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Sanborn County Commissioners, acting as the Board of Adjustment at 10 a.m. on April 15, 2014 in the Commissioners room, second floor of the Sanborn County Courthouse in Woonsocket.
The meeting is to discuss a variance for Rod and Jane Marten’s request to erect an accessory building on the S1111’ of E1320’ and Part of Lot B of Lot R36, Less Lot H2 in SE/4 3-106-60. The variance is to build the accessory building 35’ closer to the township road, (approximately 400’ North of Highway 37/410 Ave. intersection) than the Sanborn County Zoning regulations allow.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.
