UNApproved Minutes September 5, 2012 The Town of Artesian Council met on September 5, 2012 in regular session in the Artesian Community Center. Effling called the meeting to order with Council Member Danek and Finance Officer M. Ebersdorfer present.
The minutes of the August 1, 2012 meetings were read. Motion to approve by Danek, seconded by Effling, motion carried. Finance Officer reports were read. Motion to approve by Danek, seconded by Effling, motion carried.

Streets: Gravel, snow removal and snow fence discussed.
Pool/Parks: Council members thanked the Artesian CIA members for repairing the swing sets.
Old Business: Motion by Danek, seconded by Effling, to approve the second reading of the 2012 Appropriations Budget Ordinance. Motion carried.
New Business: Appropriations from Sanborn County in the sum of $27,325.00 will be requested with a motion from Danek, seconded by Effling. Motion carried.
The next meeting will be October 3, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in the Artesian Community Center. There being no further business brought before the Council, meeting adjourned.
