The Woonsocket School welcomes nine new K-12 grade students who have enrolled this year.
New students:  kindergarten –  Jonathan Gomez, Brycen Pimentel; first grade – Taja Brooks; second grade – Natalie Evans, Breanna Terkildsen, Mary Jane Steinmetz; third grade – Brooke Doering, Juan Carlos Gomez; seventh grade – Abby Doering.
This year, the K-12 enrollment totaled 185 students in the first few days of school. The K-12 enrollment last year on the last day was 181 students.  The four-year-old preschool has 23 students enrolled while the high school is anticipating five seniors to graduate. Next year, our projected K-12 enrollment will be 203 students.
