Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving public testimony about a petition to vacate that City roadway which exists between Lots Four through Eleven (4-11), inclusive, Block Ninety (90) of the First Addition of the City of Woonsocket, Sanborn County, South Dakota, and the North Seventy-five Feet (N. 75’) of Lots Five through Ten (5-10), inclusive, Block One Hundred (100) of the First Addition of the City of Woonsocket, Sanborn County, South Dakota.
Said petition was filed on the 5th day of August 2013, with the City Finance Officer of the City of Woonsocket, requesting the vacating of said roadway.
Said hearing shall be held on the 9th of September 2013, at 7:30 o’clock p.m. at the City Council Room in the City of Woonsocket, Sanborn County, South Dakota.
