This past weekend, March 29-30, Tanner Meyers, son of Kayleen and Andrew Meyers of Tea, and grandson of Thomas and Laurie Chipman, of Huron, Gene Meyers (Judeen Schley) of Woonsocket competed in the State AAU Youth Wrestling Tournament in Rapid City.
Tanner got first place taking the championship in the Midget 85 pound division. Also attending were Todd and Dawn Meyers of Huron, and Tom Meyers of Denver, Colo.
