Behind Dylan Moore’s 20 points, the Sanborn Central/Woonsocket Blackhawk boys busted out of the season gates for a 89-26 win Saturday over Sunshine Bible Academy.
Also in double digits was Brady Tiede, who added on 18 points, and Josh Feiner with 14. Feiner also had four steals. Tiede also led rebounding with nine.
Trent Kingsbury had eight boards and two steals. Larson grabbed six boards to go with his eight points, while Moore tacked on five rebounds and two steals.
Rex Schlicht had five rebounds and stole the ball two times.
The Blackhawks, now 1-0, shot 38-of-73 for 52 percent from the floor and 13-of-19 for 68 percent from the line. The team recovered 47 rebounds.
The team only turned the ball over eight times and had 20 total assists.
The boys will next host Tripp-Delmont/Armour Thursday night in Woonsocket.
