The Sanborn Central/Woonsocket Blackhawks junior high volleyball team one took home third place in a tournament at Wessington Springs this past weekend.
The team opened with a win against Hitchcock/Tulare, followed by a loss to Mt Vernon/Plankinton team one. The final game was a win over Wessington Springs.
The SCW Blackhawks team two  placed sixth in the same tournament this past weekend.
They lost the first game to Wessington Springs, beat Mt. Vernon/Plankinton team two, and then lost to Kimball/White Lake.
