The first quarter ended on Oct. 16 at Sanborn Central Middle School.
The following students were nominated by the staff for “Student of the Quarter”:  sixth grade – Brighten Hitchcock, Shania Cornelius, Ellie Kisor, Leighton Tarbox, Mason Moody and Noah Wormstadt; seventh grade – Macy Kempf, Cayden Slykhuis; eighth grade – Amber Schelske, Samantha Dean, Cayden Slykhuis.
The “star” student honors were given to Brighten Hitchcock, Macy Kempf and Samantha Dean.
