Dillon Moore and his grandfather, Howard Moore, after the area High School All- Star games held in Tea, SD on Sunday, April 3.

Howard and Myrna Moore of Mitchell love to watch their grandchildren play sports.  On April 3,  they attended the All Star Basketball game in Tea to watch their grandson Dillon Moore, of Sanborn Central/Woonsocket, play. Only 20 high school senior girls and 20 senior boys are invited to play in these games.
During halftime of the last game, the oldest person in attendance was asked to raise their hand.  Howard was determined to be the oldest one present and was given a basketball signed by all the players. It was extra special since it was also Howard’s 84th birthday that day.
Two other players from Sanborn Central/Woonsocket playing on the All Star teams were Tayla Weber and Brady Tiede.
