Seven girls volleyball players and six Blackhawk football players have been named to the CBH and 281 All-Conference teams for their exceptional performance on the court and field this fall.
Myah Selland, a senior at Sanborn Central, was listed to the first team in both the 281 and CBH conferences and was named CBH Conference MVP.
Second team honorees in the 281 include Maddie Vermeulen, Sanborn Central senior, and Kyla Morgan, Woonsocket senior. Vermeulen also made the second team in the CBH Conference.
Woonsocket junior Abby Doering was named to the third team in the CBH, while Morgan, Kayla Olson, Sanborn Central senior, Tristan Ziebart, Woonsocket junior, and Tesa Jensen, Woonsocket sophomore, received honorable mentions.
Receiving honorable mentions in the 281 Conference were Doering, Olson and Ziebart.
On the gridiron, two seniors and two juniors were selected for the 281 All-Conference team. They are: Logun Feistner, Sanborn Central senior; John Witte, Wessington Springs junior; Trent Kingsbury, Sanborn Central junior; and Riley Schmiedt, Woonsocket senior.
Two seniors also received honorable mentions, Drew Olinger and Shay Swenson, both of Woonsocket High School.
