Each year, proceeds from the ride are given to a different South Dakota charitable organization. This is a tour designed by South Dakota bicyclists for experienced bicyclists from anywhere who wish to enjoy our state on a multi-day, challenging ride. Here is the website showing their route from Rapid City to Sioux Falls: http://rasdak.com/maps/rasdak-2017-routes/
The group will be hosted overnight in Wessington Springs on Thursday, June 8. On Friday, June 9, they will stop for breakfast in Woonsocket at the community center from 6:45-8:00 a.m., hosted by the Woonsocket Community Club and sponsored by Thrivent Financial Action Team Projects. Then, they have a rest stop at the 4-H Building in Forestburg from 7:15-9:15 p.m., hosted by Sanborn County 4-H, which will provide traveling snacks.
