Mayor Chada called the meeting to order with Hoffman, Larson, and Meier in attendance.
A motion was made by Hoffman, seconded by Larson, carried, to approve the May 23rd, 2017 minutes as read.
A motion was made by Larson, seconded by Hoffman, carried, to approve the financials as presented.
Old Business:  The signs for the community center are up. The park next to the community center has been completed.
Discussion was held on town nuisance.  An extension was given for one of the nuisances until June 30th, 2017.
New Business: Benders were up and cleaned lift station.  Discussion was held on Alumni weekend.  Making sure all the mowing, trash, and clean-up is being done for it.
Financials: Discussion was held on past due accounts.
A motion was made by Hoffman, seconded by Larson, carried to approve the following claims for payment:
GENERAL AND WATER/SEWER: Sanborn Weekly Journal $31.03 – advertising minutes, Miedema Sanitation $118.00 – garbage removal, NorthWestern Energy $35.19 – electric – Rossy Park and electric – lagoon, Doug’s Custom Paint and Body $249.96 – tire for mower, oil, and filter, Brook’s Oil $56.80 – oil, Hoffman Digging and Well Repair $663.90 – cement removal and manholes removal, Menards $555.09 – supplies paint, stain, and painting and staining supplies, Ed Hoffman $1,225.69 – payroll lost time for spraying weeds, fix mower, moving gravel, lift station, Angie Meier $1,016.80 – payroll mowing/finance officer, Jim Fridley $184.70 – water samples, Jesse Dominguez $1,143.53 – payroll summer help/meter reading, Renee Farmer $92.35 – payroll – custodian.
The next board meeting will be held on June 20th and July 6th, 2017 at the town office.
