Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Sanborn County Zoning Board at 9:10 a.m. on Monday, March 6th, 2017, in the Commissioners room, second floor of the Sanborn County Courthouse in Woonsocket
Meeting is to discuss a variance for Timothy S. Pearson, for Plat of Pearson Tract 1, a subdivision of the SE/4 20-108-60.  The variance is for a plat consisting of 1.05 acres. Sanborn County’s existing ordinance #1537 states that it is unlawful for any person to subdivide, layout, transfer or record lands less than twenty (20) acres.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.
