Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Sanborn County Commissioners acting as the Board of Adjustment at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, in the Commissioners room, second floor of the Sanborn County Courthouse in Woonsocket.
Meeting is to discuss a variance for Timothy S. Pearson for a plat of Pearson Tract 1, a subdivision of SE/4 20-108-60. The plat consists of 1.05 acres. Sanborn County’s existing ordinance #1537 states that it is unlawful for any person to subdivide, layout, transfer or record lands less than twenty (20) acres.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.
