Dylan James Klich, 14, of Woonsocket, died Saturday, Sept. 14, 2019, as a result of a car accident.
Funeral services were held at the Woonsocket High School Thursday, Sept. 19. Visitations were held Wednesday, Sept. 18, at Spirit of Faith Church in Woonsocket and one hour prior to the service at the school on Thursday.
Dylan was born June 21, 2005 in Mitchell to Lance and Sara (Borgstadt) Klich. Dylan attended Woonsocket High School and was a freshman. He cherished his friends and teammates of the many sports that he participated in throughout the years.
He was involved in soccer, football and, Dylan’s favorite pastime, baseball. He was intensely loyal and put his whole heart into all that he did. Dylan enjoyed being competitive, playing video games, and he excelled in his schoolwork.
Grateful for having shared his life are his parents, Lance and Sara; sister, Mya; brother, Max; grandparents, Tom and Laurie Klich of Woonsocket and Jim Borgstadt of Mitchell; aunts and uncles, Lacey Klich of Huron, John and Heather Wages of Litchfield, Conn., Christa and Dean DeJong of Avon, Amanda and Rob Kubik of Sioux Falls; and many cousins.
Dylan was accompanied in death by his brother, Jordan, and preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Joan (Fuchs Wages) Borgstadt, and all his great-grandparents.
