On Wednesday, May 22, Madi Moody, 2019 senior at Sanborn Central High School, was honored at a banquet in Mitchell for earning a spot as one of the Elite Eight Academic Award winners for the area. The banquet and award were sponsored by KORN and Q107 radio stations. Madi was nominated by Sanborn Central’s Superintendent Mr. Siemsen, and she was chosen from nominations from 35 area schools.
