On Monday, Jan. 14, Dakota Wesleyan University (DWU) hosted a forum and panel discussion on the abuse of opioids in South Dakota. Woonsocket alumnus, Peyton Uttecht, was one of five DWU students who worked with Joel Reinesch, a DWU instructor in the criminal justice department and a Mitchell police officer, to bring this panel to DWU.
