The special meeting of the Woonsocket City Council was called to order by Mayor Richard Reider at 7:00 p.m., Monday, March 16, 2020, with the following members present: Derek Foos, Garret Foos, Darin Kilcoin, Arin Boschee and Brandon Goergen. Joel Rassel was absent.

Motion by D. Foos, seconded by Boschee, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.

Motion by Goergen, seconded by Kilcoin, to move into a Local Board of Equalization at 7:03 p.m. Motion carried.

Lorena Peterson is appealing parcel number 3797 Block 99 1st Addition. 

Assessors Valuation – $19,309.00

Motion by Boschee, seconded by G. Foos, to recommend a valuation of $10,000.00. Motion carried.

Jen Hinker is appealing parcel number 3686 Lots 22-24, Block 47 OP Woonsocket.

Assessors Valuation – $121,949.00

Motion by G. Foos, seconded by D. Foos, to recommend a valuation of $84,500.00. Motion carried.

Motion by Goergen, seconded by Boschee, to exit the meeting as a Local Board of Equalization. Motion carried.

With no further business to be discussed, motion by Goergen, seconded by D. Foos, to adjourn the meeting at 7:35 p.m. Meeting was adjourned.
