Andrew and Missy Arhart of Alpena wish to announce the birth of their daughter, Zoey Mae Arhart.
Zoey arrived at 12:40 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 28, at Sanford in Sioux Falls. She weighed 8 pounds and measured 20-1/2 inches in length.
Grandparents are Ken and Linda Kamperin of Alpena, Judy Arhart of Huron and the late LaVerne Arhart. Jane Summers of Lanark, Ill., is the great-grandmother.
