This year’s parade marshals will be the past Water Festival Committee Members. The Throw Back Thursday theme will fit perfectly to celebrate past President Gay Swenson and all the Water Festival Committee members.  We are honoring their hard work over many years to make this tradition one of the best in the area.  Anyone who participated on the committee in past years is asked to meet by the city office at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 4, to ride on a float for the parade.
