Letter to the Editor,
Please renew for one year. I haven’t been pleased with how we get and don’t get the paper. We get Myrna Hjlem’s every other week and we used to get Jerry Rubendall and Kermit Carlson’s when he was alive. Then sometimes our paper never showed up at all. I tried to call your office but get this awful machine. I did call the Post Office here and they tried to help.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Dear Margaret,
Very sorry about the poor delivery of the newspaper. I can assure your paper has been sent out at the same time every week, sorted per instructions from the US Postal Service, with the rest of the papers addressed to Mitchell. What happens to the papers once they leave our office is sometimes a mystery.
The Postal Service offers little help when papers aren’t delivered in a timely manner, or if they’re not delivered at all. Your best course of action is to contact your local Post Office, as you have, and then contact us and we will do what we can to get you your paper.
As far as that awful noise you get when you call our office, if you hold on the line the noise will cease and the phone will ring. The telephone company tells us that since we also have a fax machine hooked up to the line, this is something we will have to deal with, unless we want to spend the money to put in a second phone line.
I am glad to see you are renewing despite the problem with delivery. Hopefully we will have better luck in 2014.
Hope you and yours have a very merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year.
Thank you,
Hillary Lutter
