The Town and Kountry Kids – Blue Group met on Feb. 5 at the 4-H building in Forestburg. Roll call of a kitchen utensil was answered by 30 members. The secretary’s report was read by Ashlee Hanson and was approved as read. The treasurer’s report was given by Brady Larson. A motion was made by Ashlee and seconded by Mason Moody to approve the treasurer’s report, motion carried.
Committee reports are as follows: Graduation Members gifts-Brady and Ellie, Buckshots-pay it foward- Bryce and Ellie, Grandparents- Ellie.
Old Business: Shooting Sports-Toby Kneen, Club Goals motion by Brady seconded by Ellie to send the Town-’N-Kountry Blue group Christmas Tree to the State Fair, motion carried. Club Planner sheets were discussed.
New Business: Club T-Shirts, motion by Bailey, seconded by Michael to order t-shirts for club members and adults can buy their own, motion carried. Calendars were handed out. Discussion was held on the Cookie Science Workshop, Fruit Sales, Auction Sale Lunch, Special Foods, and a donation to the state fair foundation. Public Demonstrations score sheets were handed out and discussion was held. Talk/Activity was given by Kara and Noah Wormstadt on light bulb fun.
