Dr. Chase Smith and Dr. Megan Westergren announce their engagement.
Chase is the son of Jeff and Lynne Smith of Mitchell and grandson of Bill and Sheryl Ischen of Artesian, and Jon and Kaye Smith of Alexandria.
Chase is a graduate of Minnesota State, Mankato and Illinois College of Optometry.  He is an optometrist at Absolute Vision Care in Chicago.
Megan, daughter of Daryl and Hope Westergren, Lombard, Ill., is a graduate of Benedictine College and Illinois College of Optometry.  She is an optometrist at Spex in Chicago.
The couple will be married March 9 in Walt Disney World, Fla.
