Phyllis Ann Eastman, 77, of Madison, passed away Wednessday, Dec. 21, 2016, at Sanford USD Medical Center.
Phyllis Jensen, daughter of Walter and Amelia (Schefsky) Jensen, was born in Huron on Oct. 15, 1939. She graduated from Artesian High School in 1957. Phyllis started as a nurses’s aide and went to nurses training in Mitchell. She continued nursing in California and South Dakota.
In 1966, she married Dayle Eastman.
Phyllis enjoyed music, traveling and time with her family.
She is survived by her two sons, Mike (Pam) Eastman of Sioux Falls, and Jason (Tracy) Eastman of Green Bay, Wis.; and four grandchildren.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents.
