SUMMONS
THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS,
You are hereby summoned and required to answer the Complaint of the Plaintiffs, which was filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court, at Woonsocket in Sanborn County, South Dakota, on the 7th day of December 2016, and which prays for a judgment quieting the title to and the determination of all adverse claims against the premises described in the Complaint, situated in said County, to-wit:
Lots Sixteen (16) through Eighteen (18), Block Five (5), Crennan and Shannon’s Addition to the Town of Letcher, Sanborn County, South Dakota,
and to serve a copy of your answer to said Complaint on the undersigned at her office at 319 S. Coteau, Pierre, South Dakota, 57301, within thirty (30) days after the completed service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer said Complaint within that time, the Plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
Pursuant to SDCL 15-9-6, notice is hereby given that no personal claim is made against any Defendant and that no costs shall be taxed or money judgment taken against such Defendant unless such Defendant defends the action.
