Notice is given that on January 10, 2017, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sanborn County, Woonsocket, South Dakota, issued a written statement admitting the Will dated October 9, 2009, of decedent Ileane M. Brosnan, to informal probate and Marilyn K. Nissen, whose address is PO Box 517, Woonsocket, SD 57385, and Morris J. Brosnan, whose address is 10901 Crooked Canyon Rd, Black Hawk, SD 57718, were formally appointed as Personal Representatives of the estate.
No bond has been filed by the Personal Representatives because bond was waived in the Will.
This notice is being mailed to persons who have or may have some interest in the estate. The papers relating to the estate are on file in the Clerk’s office at the Sanborn County Courthouse, Woonsocket, South Dakota. This estate is being administrated under SDCL Title 29A without court supervision; however, persons receiving this notice by mail are entitled to information regarding the administration of the estate from the Personal Representatives, are entitled to file a demand for notice under SDCL 29A-3-204, and may petition the court in any matter relating to the estate, including distribution of assets and expenses of administration.
A copy of the Will of the decedent accompanies this notice.
