The bi-annual family reunion of the descendents of Nels and Ingebord Johnson was held at noon on Saturday, July 14 at the home of Janice Northrup.

     Among those attending include: the McNearys (Melva).  Brian and Lynn, Ann, Susie, and Greg, all of Sun Prairie, Wis.; the Webers (Ila), Bill, Cindy and Caleb of Sioux City, Iowa; the La Voies (Irma). Raymond, Joan and families of Montevideo, Minn.; Dawn and Larry Nebelsick, Candice, Jason, Vayda and John Van Liere, Sioux Falls;  Keri Nebelsick, Kevin and Kelsie  Hagelin, Brooklyn Park, Minn.;  Renee May, Megan Broderson,  Kayl and Morgan of Tea; and John and T.J. Hanson of Detroit Lakes, Minn.

SIOUX FALLS – Augustana University announced the following students have been named to the Dean’s List for the Spring semester of the 2017-18 academic year.

The Dean’s List recognizes full-time students who have a minimum of 12 credit hours with grade-point averages at 3.5 or above (on a 4.0 scale).

Shelby Selland of Letcher was named to the Dean’s list.

LETCHER – Attendees at the 2018 Cheyenne Frontier Days will have the chance to see a Yellowstone Stagecoach, which was completely restored and refurbished by Hansen Wheel & Wagon Shop (HWWS), of Mitchell, on behalf of the Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West Museum in Cheyenne, Wyo.
