THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS,
You are hereby summoned and required to answer the Complaint of the Plaintiffs, which was filed in the Clerk of this Court, at Woonsocket in Sanborn County, South Dakota, on the 29TH day of July 2013, and which prays for a judgment quieting the title to and the determination of all adverse claims against the premises described in the Complaint, situated in said County, to-wit:
Lots Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16) in Block Ninety-eight (98) in the First Addition to the City of Woonsocket, Sanborn County, South Dakota
and to serve a copy of your answer to said Complaint on the undersigned at his office at P. O. Box 277, Woonsocket, SD, 57385-0277, within thirty (30) days after the completed service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer said Complaint within that time the Plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
