The Blackhawk boys beat Hitchcock/Tulare, 62-56, during Saturday’s doubleheader action at Sanborn Central.
Davion Brooks put up a double-double with 17 points and 15 boards and Dillon Moore had a game-high 18 points to lead the Hawks.
Brady Tiede and Tucker Kingsbury got their names in the books with eight points and six rebounds each.
The Hawks shot 20-of-48 from the field and improved to 4-0 with the win, while the Patriots fell to 2-3.
SC/W also won the JV game, 45-29. The Hawks next play host to Mt. Vernon/Plankinton at a Saturday, Jan. 11 doubleheader in Woonsocket.
