The Town ‘N Kountry Kids – Blue Group 4-H Club was chosen to put up a Christmas tree in the State Capitol in Pierre for the annual Christmas at the Capitol.
The club put up the same tree in the Sanborn County Courthouse last year and also at the State Fair and received a lot of positive feedback on the tree, so decided to apply for a display at the Capitol.
The tree and many others can be viewed at the Capitol building in Pierre daily through Dec. 27.
