Tatem Kingsbury and Nathan Effling announce their engagement.
Parents of the couple are Kevin and Lynette Kingsbury of Letcher and Leo and Wanda Effling of Artesian.
Tatem is a 2011 graduate of Sanborn Central High School and a 2015 graduate of Dakota State University, Madison. She is a fourth grade teacher at John Harris Elementary in Sioux Falls.
Nathan is a 2009 graduate of Sanborn Central High School and 2011 graduate of Lake Area Technical Institute, Watertown. He is an aviation mechanic at Encore Air Cargo in Sioux Falls.
An Aug. 5 wedding is planned in Mitchell.
