It was a surprise birthday weekend for Avis Elenz in Jefferson City, Mo.
On April 15, Tom and Cheri Elenz of Chanhassen, Minn., and Brian and Katie Steever of Kansas City, Kan., arrived to surprise the 85 years young birthday girl. Katie’s parents, Sue and Randy Arnold, joined the group for supper at the Steever home.
Saturday found Tom and Cheri, Tom and Lori and Avis touring the Winston Churchill Museum in Fulton, Mo.
Adding to the big weekend, Avis’s friend, Judy Bamberg hosted a pizza lunch for their water exercise group on Monday, April 18.
