The top six projects advance to Pierre on Feb. 10 to demonstrate their plans and show why they should be picked. They will also enjoy free time in the capitol and  get to dine with the Governor.
First place winner gets $1,000 and an iPad, second place gets $500 and an iPad, and third place gets an iPad. After that, all other projects get $300.
