There were 22 participants in this year’s Water Festival Turtle Races, held July 4 at the jamball court near Lake Prior, and a turtle shortage was reported among contestants.
This years winners are, ages 5 and under: first – Colby Lindsey, second – Hayden Eagle, third – Jaylyn; ages 6-9: first – Waverly Hagman, second – Dayton Eagle, third – Traiton; ages 10-14: first – Aubrey Senska, second – Claire, third – McKenzie Baruth; Overall Winner “Top Turtle”: first – Waverly Hagman, second – Colby Lindsey, third – Aubrey Senska.
