Meeting called to order by President Rod Clarambeau.
The 2016 Annual Meeting minutes were approved as read. Motion to accept by Sandy Ruml, seconded by Mary Ann Blindauer. All aye, motion carried.
The treasurer’s report was given by Bob Steckel and approved as read. Motion to accept by Murray VanLaecken, seconded by Mary Ann Blindauer. All aye, motion carried.
Old Business – Kenny Stach stated that when he fertilized last year, it did not take as much as expected. He also filled some graves that had sunk as well as seeded some new grass in those areas and where grass was thin.
New Business – Discussion was held on continuous maintenance work on mower, such as oil changes and blade sharpening.
Motion by Murray VanLaecken to have Doug’s Custom do the maintenance work. Seconded by Sandy Ruml. All aye, motion carried.
Kenny Stach asked if he could fertilize again this spring as needed. Motion to accept by Mary Ann Blindaur, seconded by Murray VanLaecken. All aye, motion carried.
Kenny Stach has been double checking graves to make sure they match records.
Corrections have been made. Fifteen unmarked infant graves and one adult grave were found. He asked if a simple gravestone could be put on each. Motion to approve purchase of gravestones for all unmarked graves prior to 2007 by Cory Clarambeau, seconded by Dvonne Hansen. All aye, motion carried.
Ron Ruml’s term is up. Motion by Cory Clarambeau to nominate Ron Ruml. Seconded by Murray VanLaecken. All aye, motion carried.
Meeting adjourned by President Rod Clarambeau.
Upon discussion by Cory Clarambeau, the meeting was opened back up by President Clarambeau.
Board member pay was discussed for various duties. Motion by Murray VanLaecken to raise board meeting pay to $75 per meeting, seconded by Cory Clarambeau. All aye, motion carried.
