THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA SENDS GREETINGS TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS, NAMELY, SCOTT NICHOLSON, CAROL NICHOLSON, FARM CREDIT SERVICES OF AMERICA, AND SANBORN COUNTY:
You are hereby summoned and required to answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff in the above entitled action, a copy of which is attached hereto and herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your answer thereto upon the undersigned at his office at Whalen Law Office, P.C., P.O. Box 127, 301 Main Street, in the City of Lake Andes, Charles Mix County, South Dakota, within thirty (30) days of the service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service.
You are further notified that in case of your failure to answer as herein required, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
